Section 4 — Renewal. Tenant may renew this lease for one additional 12-month term by giving written notice at least 60 days before the current term ends. Rent during the renewal term will not increase by more than 3%. Either party may end this agreement with 60 days' written notice, without penalty.
A trust layer for documents.
Pactlyst.ai helps AI agents and apps check agreements for people — turning dense terms into clear signals before someone commits.

Pactlyst Score
Low risk
Balanced and readable — clear notice windows, capped costs, no surprises.
This is a simulated preview — pasted text isn't really analyzed. The live scoring API is available now — request an API key below to start.
AI agents are about to sign contracts on your behalf.
Who checks their work?
Agents already book, buy, and click 'I agree' for us — without reading a word. Every term they accept is a commitment you didn't review. Pactlyst.ai is the trust layer that reads the fine print before anyone — human or machine — commits. Stripe for payments; Pactlyst.ai for proof-of-review.
One document engine.
Built to do more.
We plan to build the same plain-language thinking behind the Pactlyst app into tools other products can use.
Scan API
Send an agreement from your product and get back a structured review with a Pactlyst Score, key terms, and risks to examine.
Pactlyst Score
A consistent signal that helps products explain whether an agreement is low risk, needs review, or high risk—without burying people in legal language.
Commitment monitoring
Help people remember what they agreed to: renewals, notice windows, payment dates, and other obligations that are easy to miss after signing.
Negotiation agents
Tools that spot terms worth changing, explain the tradeoffs, and help a person prepare a clear response—while keeping them in control.
Four capabilities, live in the same API.
These extend the same document checks to AI assistants, proof records, company-specific rules, and large collections of agreements.
AI assistant connection (MCP)
AI assistants connect to Pactlyst over MCP — score a document, verify its PactCheck Receipt™, and check what was reviewed, right from the assistant.
PactCheck Receipt™
A signed, timestamped PactCheck Receipt™ showing that a document was checked, so teams can keep clear proof for reviews and due diligence.

Custom company playbooks
Companies set their own clause rules, and every API review checks documents against those policies.
Batch and portfolio scanning
Scan a whole data room or document collection at once and get a clear map of where the biggest risks need attention.
The mark that a review really happened.
PactCheck Verified™ is the badge a product shows next to a document that carries a real PactCheck Receipt™. It is earned by an actual review — never bought, never decorative — and anyone who sees it can verify the receipt behind it: what was reviewed, when, and that the record has not been altered.
A result your product can use.
This illustrates the kind of request and structured response Pactlyst.ai supports. The route, fields, and sample values are conceptual — see the live API docs for the real specification.

Built to meet agreements where they happen.
These are use cases for teams adding clearer document decisions to products people already trust.
Real estate platforms
Help renters and property teams scan leases for renewal terms, fees, notice windows, and other commitments.
HR tools
Check offer letters for compensation details, restrictions, deadlines, and terms a candidate should understand.
AI assistants
Give an assistant structured context when someone asks, “Is this safe to sign?”—with clear signals and reasons.
Lenders
Review agreements for obligations, unusual clauses, and risk signals that deserve closer human attention.
Software should explain the deal, not just move the file.
Plain language first. The useful answer is the one a person can understand and act on.
Pactlyst.ai is the machine-facing half of that idea: we build the system; developers connect it to the products people already use.
Pay per review. Verification stays free.
The party that runs the review pays per scan. Verification is free to everyone, forever — so the receipt can spread to every party that relies on it.
